25G BM TIA with high-sensitivity and fast AGC settling

XB1221B is a high-sensitivity, fast-settling 25G burst-mode TIA. It can be used in the OLT modules of asymmetric 50G PON or 25G PON.

Features

• Burst-mode sensitivity as high as -29dBm (R=0.9A/W, M=7.78, ER=6dB, BER=1e-2)
• AGC settling time as short as 10ns
• Only one reset pulse is needed for the reset operation
• Overload better than -5dBm (ER=7dB, RM=3.23A/W)
• Small-signal BW 19GHz, gain 6Kohm
• Rate selection control
• Configurable pre-emphasis
